How it's measured →1.5%
of downloads still active
At least 100K of 6.6M lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Payments plugin keeps 1.0%, across 1,043 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Payments plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 34 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Your five tags are all earning their place. Each gets you onto page 1 of its own search, so none is worth giving up. “failed payments”, “method” and “woo” (#4, #4 and #4 untagged) would be the next worth testing if a slot frees up.

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

After 24 hours of trying to make other plugins work, including official stripe and amazon and woopay, this one was a 3 minute breeze of an instillation. Thank you guys

I have tried a number of similar plugins and always return to this one, it is a professionally built, full featured solution, thank you for such an important contribution

I asked about dynamic bank statements which Stripe supports. The plugin developer quickly responded with custom code how to add it and later even added official support in the plugin for this. Fast replies and listening to users.

VERY HELPFULL ASSISTANCE I RECOMMEND THHIS PLUGIN SO MUCH

I want to use this review to genuinely encourage anyone who’s on the fence to choose this plugin over the official WooCommerce one. Quite honestly, it simply works better. Setup was completely painless, no weird limitations like being forced into Stripe Express instead of regular Stripe, and sandbox payments were easy to configure, which made testing and setup much less stressful. But what really sets this plugin apart is the customer support. We recently reached out with an issue that ultimately turned out to be caused by another plugin — and still, within just a few hours, we had clear answers, confirmations, and even an offer to further investigate the issue on their side. At no point did we feel like a nuisance or like we were being brushed off. On the contrary, it genuinely felt like they cared about helping us solve the problem. That kind of support has become incredibly rare these days, and it made a huge difference for us. For that reason alone — and combined with how solid the plugin itself is — I can wholeheartedly recommend this plugin to anyone building a WooCommerce shop.

This plugin is miles ahead of the WooCommerce payment plugin, which gave us nothing but issues for more than two years. On top of that, the support is outstanding — responses often come within hours and are always helpful. Easily the best payment plugin available.

GPay and Apple Pay does NOT work. I need to contact with Google and Apple, while I using and want to use ONLY Stripe. Uninstalled.
