Est. acquisition value

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay.

Reviewer account pattern

from wp.org reviewer profiles

9 of the last 15 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review.

Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

Sent support ticket asking for advice on captcha overlapping error. After 4 days of waiting for response I asked for paid support (despite I use paid Groovy version), making sure that if I send them additional money I will actually not waste it. Another day gone and no answer. Groovy Menu seems to be nicely designed, but error in code, effectively locking reCAPTCHA set in another plugin, what needs to be considered as a design error. Here it basically knocking down all website forms used for business. As developer charging money it should come with min responsibilities. Because of above I strongly recommend NOT to purchase this plugin.

Disappointing. I paid for the plugin, but couldn‘t get it running. Contacted the support twice, but did never receive an answer. Incredible, isn‘t it? But true … so I think no one should buy this product. What a shame. I’ve never had a similar experience with other software. This topic was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by orpheus55. I am experiencing an issue with my website where the menu works fine on desktop but disappears on mobile devices. I am using the Flatsome theme and have added it as a shortcode in the HTML of my header. However, when I open the site on a mobile device, the menu disappears.

Nobody is helping after me after paying the manual support fee advertised in the Control Panel of the plugin/ It said $35 – but when you click on the link they charge you $40 and 8 hours later I have not heard a word from them. Shocking!! This topic was modified 2 years, 8 months ago by brucewright.

As a Divi plugin, it works very well with the theme and structure. Great support as well.

Definitely the best plugin I’ve used, watched the video and understood how to do it. I was pleased that there are many options for flexible customization of the hamburger menu, you can make fullscreen overlay navigation. That’s what I need!
