High removal-risk signals
63/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 12+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 3.7.41, well behind 6.8.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
No release in a yearHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

What its installed base runs

Estimated active installs
The public count shows “200+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

I am running 4.1.1 and the option to lock HTML mode doesn’t appear on pages nor posts. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or if it’s not compatible with my WordPress install.

This Plugin id light weight and simple, does exactly what it should. The issue I’ve come across is that it not only remove the “Visual” or “Text” tabs on the top right of the editor panel, it ALSO removes any other tab that might have been there. For example language selectors while using qTranslate plugin. Any rectification for this?

Simple Plugin…Simply Works! When I write a post or page on a site that I setting up for the first time, I like to do all my writing in HTML or text mode. However a lot of time my wife will come behind me on one of our sites and add new posts or keep things “updated for us, and she only wants to use “visual” mode. Well, that’s where this plugin saves my butt and it keeps my wife from messing up posts & pages that I write! Thanks for a plugin that just works!
