Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

Est. acquisition value

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.

Doesn’t work (ie the subscribe on check out doesn’t actually add people to my mailchimp audience even if customer has the box ticked) and mailchimp support doesn’t seem to be able to help. Seems mailchimp is just having a total meltdown on mutliple fronts…. their file upload system doesn’t work, their book an expert booking form doesn’t work… I really hope they course correct. they used to be a good company…

I have a banner in my admin pages stating I’m not connected to a Mailchimp account. Yet when I click the link, takes me right to my dashbaord.

As another have already reviewed: this plugin has logic that non-subscribes already subscribing customers if they do not check the “Subscribe”-form each and every time they make a purchase. As such this plugin actively removes the best customers which is the opposite of what one wishes of Mailchimp. I’ve added a comment on this behaviour on the forum here on a thread with similiar problems, but that comment was not replied to, then deleted. I’ve also been in contact with Mailchimp support which is perhaps the most non-helpful support I can remember to ever have received, with a new support agent for each reply where they ask questions already answered. For now I’ve found a third party option to connect to Mailchimp, but I will also look at migrating to another service when possible.

God help you if it doesn’t work out of the box or you have a technical question. Support has become awful, compared to when I first signed up

If an already subscribed user goes to checkout and does not check the opt-in checkbox, they are unsubscribed despite this not being an unsubscribe event. Developers claim this is working as designed which is nonsense. They suggested pre-checking the opt-in checkbox as the best workaround but this is illegal in the UK. Rubbish! BUG: If you are trying to capture cart contents for abandoned carts, these updates for flood in, sometimes after the checkout process has completed. This can cause the subscribed status to be set back to transactional after the customer has completed a checkout and successfully subscribed. What you see in the logs is “cart.member.updated :: Updated [email protected] subscriber status to subscribedand language to en”then later“abandoned_cart.success :: email: [email protected] :: checkout_url: xxxxxx 2025-03-26T09:13:48+00:00 NOTICE order.member.updated :: Updated [email protected] subscriber status to transactionaland language to en”

Without any error messages or other alerts it simply does not move buyers as non-subscribers into our MC account; it doesn’t display an opt-in at checkout; it doesn’t tell us if anything isn’t working with the connection… yet it clearly isn’t; and it’s permanently asking us to complete the integration as per the “Marketing” tab, yet the main Mailchimp dashboard says “You’re on your way!”… whatever that means. Fun. NOT!
