Biggest opportunity: Add “tv”, “adults only” and “adult” to your wp.org tags. You rank #5, #14 and #17 for them without listing them, close enough for a declared tag to move you up. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so with 4 listed these are the slots worth spending.

Install conversion
How it's measured →0.9%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 109K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Uncategorized plugin keeps 0.6%, across 17,770 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Uncategorized plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 4 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

The intention of this plugin is appealing, and it actually looks as if it would offer better possibilities than other similar plugins. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all. The import functionality viaTMDB api requires a local csv upload, unlike what is shown in the guide. The guides on the help website can be hard to read and understand, and I’m not sure if I don’t understand the guide or if the plugin is broken, but I have a hard time getting anything shown within the posts. I’m still hoping for more frequent updates and a thorough plugin test. This could have huge potential, if it worked as described and shown in the showcase images.

Tried installing the plugin on multiple themes but it did not work at all. It’s a shame because this seems like its a really good alternative and in some cases even better than some of the paid plugins out there.

If the signed in/subscribed user creates a playlist, is there any way to let them view their playlist without going into the backend/dashboard?

I have waited a long time for a plugin able to easily create a real complete database! That’s done ! To highlight with the Vodi theme at ThemeForest 🙂
