No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.

I evaluated Milo Subscriptions to replace WooCommerce Subscriptions on a site with around 1,500 recurring subscriptions. I was genuinely impressed. I ran a migration of the subscriptions and it came across cleanly. Every subscription kept its existing Stripe gateway, and recurring still payments charge off-session through Stripe, exactly as they did before. The code is clean and well documented and the admin is intuitive. I hit a few small issues along the way and the support was outstanding with genuinely helpful replies, and in several cases a fix shipped within a day. Having used WooCommerce Subscriptions for years, I found Milo a real pleasure to work with. Well worth a look.

What impressed me most about Milo Subscriptions is its standalone approach.Being able to sell subscriptions without the overhead of a full WooCommerce setup makes it a great fit for many membership and content-driven websites. The payment integration is straightforward, and the built-in features for restricting access to content make it easy to create member areas, private resources, or simple extranets without relying on a collection of separate plugins. For many projects, this strikes an excellent balance between simplicity and functionality. It’s also reassuring to see a plugin developed by experienced former Automattic team members. That background inspires confidence in the code quality, long-term vision, and ongoing maintenance of the project.A thoughtful solution for anyone looking to build a subscription-based website with WordPress.

Great to see that there are still opportunities for such much-needed solutions : a very good idea at the right time, outstandingly developed, and maintained par recognized professionals of the community. Can be used outside of Woocommerce too which offers yet another opportunity.

Free, modern, and built by people who clearly know the ecosystem inside out. A solid free alternative for recurring revenue is exactly what a lot of WooCommerce stores have been waiting for. Definitely one to watch!

Support answered pretty quickly yesterday and the subscription import/switching worked well.
