Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “8K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Refined from the date this plugin crossed into its current band.
At the current install trend, crossing 9K+ in roughly 46 days.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

Initially installed but discovered a problem loading the Fluent Cart dashboard — however, I reported it to support and they jumped on it quickly and got me going again. The UI is very nice and is easy to use.

Overall, this is a neat cart feature, but it has several errors here and there. Some are the default text, that is sent to customers. It sometimes sends internal payment data. It sometimes sends from another email address (system), when email is about account. Payment info/instructions is not sent in order confirmation. It always sends wrong words, such as “we”, when its a single human personal service. It mentions features and links to features that are non-existant and invalid. These issues can not be corrected, beacuse a license is required. However, a license is crazy expensive in Europe. This is fine for rich people, but licenses should rather be for bonus features – instead of getting past text corrections and functionality obstruction.

We’re just getting starting with FluentCart. So far it looks to be an awesome product that will serve us well. Our use case is a bit unique compared to a typical online store with physical or digital products. We needed some minor customizations that would help us better utilize the awesome features of FluentCart. The support and development team was very quick to accommodate our needs. They responded quickly each time and the changes made will allow us to use FluentCart for our specific needs. Many thanks to the support and development team!!

Great plugin, I’m loving it! Simple, practical, user friendly, well made, smooth, streamlined, and with more cool stuff to come! Ideal if you need to set up a not overly complex but solid shop and don’t need all the fluff and confusion that WooCommerce implies.

I ran into a tricky issue where clients couldn’t check out using PayPal if they had “Prevent cross-site tracking” enabled in their Safari browser settings. They were getting a “Security check failed” error. I submitted a bug report to the Fluent Team, and they completely resolved the issue within 24 hours! Outstanding customer support and incredibly fast turnaround. I highly recommend them! Thank you Amimul This topic was modified 1 month, 2 weeks ago by RakieM.

TLDR: Fluent plugins are awesome, and their support is top-notch. I recently encountered my first (and only) major issue with a Fluent plugin, which was FluenCart. It was an issue with subscription processing with Authorize.Net. Their support responded within 24 hours with a hotfix that addressed my issue completely. As a web developer, I have worked with enough plugins (and created a few of my own) to know the difference between a well-built plugin and a junk money grab. Fluent plugins are very high quality and reliable. Their pro versions tend to be less expensive than similar plugins, and they offer one-time deals on many of them instead of forcing you to paying annually. Off topic, a feature request I would suggest is a “custom amount” product in FluentCart to better accommodate donation functionality for users that want to choose their own amount instead of a preset amount. Thanks WP Manage Ninja/Fluent team!

FluentCart has huge potential. It already comes with a better dashboard, a cleaner UI/UX, and much faster performance. It feels more compact, practical, and feature-rich. There is still work to be done, but the progress is clearly happening fast. I truly believe it has the potential to become one of the best e-commerce platforms for WordPress.

I’m so happy that I found the Fluent family of plugins. They are high quality products that work well together. I use all of them. In the case of Fluent Cart, I ran into numerous small compatibility issues with my Elementor theme mostly to do with button behavior and appearance. The support I received was EXEMPLARY. They were quick to respond to each and every one of my tickets and gave me exactly what I needed to resolve the issues (custom CSS snippets). I am so very grateful for an excellent product. Even more grateful for a support team who are responsive, knowledgeable and skilled at solving all kinds of issues.
