Reviewer account pattern

from wp.org reviewer profiles

17 of the last 28 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review, and 6 of those landed between 2026-03-12 and 2026-04-06.

Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

After providing all necessary information, there was very little lead time for getting a call together with Sahil where he immediately knew of the issue we were encountering and the fix.

The plugin does what it says and Sahil has been a great support through out the implementation of the SAML plugin and setup with Okta for our enterprise client. Highly recommend this to anyone looking at setting up WordPress with SSO and Provisioning with any IDP

First, I want to thank Sahil for his exceptional support—especially given the time difference between PST and IST. I hadn’t realized the gap, yet he was still available to assist me for a couple of hours after his midnight, which I truly appreciate. After updating to the latest SSO plugin, I noticed that the configuration had been removed—something I had never encountered before. I re-added the configuration, but some settings were incorrect and there was no clear way to edit them. Sahil quickly stepped in to help me update the configuration file and walked me through the process so I could manage it on my end moving forward. Additionally, he identified other settings that needed attention and ensured everything was properly configured. His expertise, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made a big difference.

I am very happy with the support provided by miniOrange. After updating the plugin, my SSO stopped working, which was extremely frustrating. However, Sahil was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He quickly joined a call, identified and resolved all the issues, and got everything working smoothly again. The way he explained the entire flow was excellent and easy to understand. I truly appreciate his expertise, professionalism, and prompt support.

I would like to recognize Vikram Singh from MiniOrange Support for the outstanding assistance he provided during our WordPress SSO implementation for both our Development and Production environments. Working across different time zones can often be challenging, but Vikram consistently made himself available to support us, including joining calls that accommodated our Toronto-based schedule while he was supporting us from India. His patience, technical expertise, responsiveness, and willingness to work through issues step-by-step made the entire implementation process smooth and successful. What stood out most was his commitment to customer success. No question was too small, and he always took the time to explain the solution clearly while ensuring we were comfortable with the configuration and deployment process. Vikram has been a tremendous asset throughout this project and has set a very high standard for customer support. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to engage MiniOrange again for future SSO implementations across our subsidiary companies, and I would specifically look forward to working with Vikram on those projects. Thank you, Vikram, for your exceptional support and dedication. You are truly a gem to work with. This topic was modified 1 month, 2 weeks ago by securewithsam.
