   I found Modula difficult to use and not well‑suited for an easy workflow. I work exclusively with WordPress and focus on teaching small business owners and start‑ups how to confidently edit and manage their own websites. After testing the free version and then purchasing both the Starter and Trio plans, I still found the plugin cumbersome and unintuitive. Because I train clients who often have limited time and technical experience, I look for plugins that are logical, easy to navigate, and simple to teach. Modula requires more time and effort than the average small business owner can reasonably invest. One of the main advantages of using plugins is that developers handle updates, which helps keep websites secure without requiring business owners to hire a developer for every change. This ease of maintenance is essential for small businesses and start‑ups, and unfortunately Modula did not meet that standard for my needs. This topic was modified 3 weeks, 4 days ago by websista.

   I had an issue with accessibility of background images and Andrei was incredibly helpful, responding almost immmediately and keeping track of the situation and asking for my feedback. The issue was resolved very quickly and other minor queries answered too. Communication is everything when you need support and being kept up-to-date regularly is reassuring, especially if you have a site about to go live and need the issue to be sorted.I’ve always found Modula to be simple to use and the free featres are really good. The extra features in Premium are worth exploring to expand what you can do with this plugin.Really happy to recommend Modula and reassured that I’ll get great service if I have issues with future projects.Thanks! PS Any provider who sends a picture of a dog with huge puppy-dog eyes in a support email is a winner in my book! 😂
