Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.

With renaming plugins I care that image references are updated properly everywhere, even when they are hidden deep in the database. What can I say? The plugin works reliably and thoroughly. Image titles, filenames and slugs were reliably replaced everywhere. Whether in post content inside PHP arrays, in an ACF field or in custom JS code. The plugin caught everything.I especially like that the plugin shows me in the library where the image is used before renaming. Overall I am very satisfied with neo Rename. It is lean, does exactly what it should and is thought through down to the last detail.

The Plugin neo Rename makes a very good impression and is pleasantly intuitive to use. The interface is modern, clear, and immediately easy to understand. You quickly find what you need and can adjust the filename, title, and URL directly in the media library. I especially like that the rename dialog opens quickly and the whole workflow feels smooth. The preview of the changes gives additional confidence before applying anything. Even when working with multiple images, the interface remains clear and easy to use. Overall, neo Rename is a very well thought out plugin that works reliably. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to rename their media in WordPress quickly and cleanly.

I know the developers of neo Rename personally and have followed the plugin’s development since the first ideas. What impresses me most is how consistently work was done on it over a long period. You can tell the plugin wasn’t built quickly as a tool, but that three years of time, energy and passion went into details, stability and usability.I was also part of the beta phase and was able to test neo Rename early. For me the features hit the mark: the plugin offers the functions you really need when renaming media in WordPress. Filename, title and slug can be adjusted cleanly, changes are traceable beforehand and the operation is pleasantly direct, looks tidy and runs smoothly. What stood out to me in particular is how intuitively neo Rename can be used despite the powerful tools. I found everything immediately. It is also very practical that I only have to enter one title and filename and slug are sensibly derived from it with appropriate capitalization. That’s exactly how a good WordPress plugin should feel. For me it is also important that there is a team behind the plugin that really cares. You can tell that attention is paid to stability, support and reliable use on production WordPress installations. I will recommend the plugin to my WordPress clients who manage many images and value a well-kept media library and SEO.That a WordPress plugin is so mature, I find really remarkable. Keep it up!

As a photographer I work with a lot of images in WordPress and adjust my filenames, titles and slugs for SEO. With neo Rename it is easy and saves a lot of time. One click on “neoRename”, the input dialog opens immediately and just as fast the title, filename and slug are renamed in one go. The ALT tag can also be derived from that and set, which is quite useful for SEO.Especially for bulk processing I find the preview of what will be changed for each title and filename very helpful. Overall the plugin feels well thought out, reliable and fast. Exactly what I was looking for.
