   This is the NPS survey tool we chose after sampling a few. It’s easy to implement. Developer was also quick to answer questions and even add new features we requested. Love it and wish more people could discover and see how it helps them understand visitors fee about their wordpress sites or service.

   Love the simplicity!! However I did not give it 5 stars as there doesn’t seem to be a way to clear test submissions once your ready to release it to the public.
