   I recently set up my WordPress site and installed the Order Picking App plugin to help manage my orders. During the 30-day trial, the customer service was honestly amazing! Niel was super helpful — he went above and beyond to help me sort out my inventory and fix a few setup issues. We were able to chat easily, and he always made sure I understood what to do next.    For 5+ years we have processed orders the old way : picking products manually and sending them. However, as out inventory grew, many human errors started appearing so we decided switching to a picking/inventory solution. After two frustrating weeks of searching left and right for WMS and order fullfilment apps, only to find overly complicated and expensive solutions, I have found this app which seems to have been made with my needs in mind. Very simple to install and setup, you can start working right away with your phone. The layout is simple and intuitive, you can see the product photo in the app to make it easier. It also lets you choose which order status to process, which is fantastic since we have many custom order statuses. Lets you attribute different orders to different pickers, so not all people are jammed in the same app. Fantastic app, and the price is very affordable for what you get , especially compared to other competitors. The best thing, it doesn’t slow down my website Many thanks to the team that developed this app , my customers will be happy with mistake free orders

Even temporary workers from foreign countries can get to work quickly and making mistakes is almost impossible.    This application is just a hub for connecting to their server. Not a standalone solution. In fact, all data is transferred about orders to a third-party service with a monthly payment per user, with the corresponding consequences of personal data of buyers. I can’t recommend it.
