Biggest opportunity: “ai content generator”, “autopilot” and “blog post generator” aren't earning a slot. You list them, but you're not in the first 24 results for those searches. WordPress.org counts only your first five tags, so free the slot for a search you can win.

Directory rank

Ranked about #49,700 to #68,000, alongside the other plugins with fewer than 10 installs. Plugins with the same install count swap places between wp.org requests, so this is where most of them sit. Checked monthly, last on 21 Oct 2026.

Update activity

Downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites.

Not enough installs to measure. This needs at least 100 active sites; below that, a handful of downloads reads as tens of thousands.

It feels like having a content creation assistant built right into my WordPress site. Setting it up was straightforward, and the interface is clean and easy to navigate. What I just adore is the way it takes the frustration out of writing and brainstorming; I can just focus on what I would rather be writing about, and it does all the grunt work. The posts sound natural, not computer-sounding, and it saves me hours of time every week. If you have a blog, news portal, or any content-based website, this plugin is a miracle. It’s one of those things you never knew you needed until you use it, and then you can’t live without it. This topic was modified 11 months, 1 week ago by comparescope.

I’ve been using Postomatic for a while and it really streamlines my workflow. Instead of writing in Gutenberg and manually filling out all the fields, I write my posts wherever I want and let Postomatic handle creating the post in WordPress. A simple wizard guides you through choosing the title type, categories, tags, SEO fields and even generates a featured image. It avoids duplicate titles and can bulk‑schedule multiple posts, and there’s support for WooCommerce product posts. The free credits make it easy to test and I’ve saved hours on content creation.
