I purchased the premium add-on but the premium part would not activate – everytime I clicked the activate button after entering the license key, nothing happened. I wrote to the plugin seller and they did not respond for three days. When they did they asked to have my site login details. I was not willing to provide this and so I reinstalled the plugin and downloaded some screen recording software. I recorded the problem and they still then would not offer a refund. Do not purchase the premium version of this plugin as if it does not work for your site then you will not be able to get a refund. Very poor business ethics. I am now left with a non-working product and have paid $29 for the privilege plus wasted five hours of my time.

REVIEW UPDATE — The bug in the plugin causing some backend not working is now fixed. The product review generated in the article by this plugin is actually very good. My problems with the developer has been sorted now, though I believe there is still some works to do to make the plugin extensions properly functions. Good luck to the developer.
