   A solid plugin for organizing volunteer time slots. Lots of configurable features accomodate different scenarios: multi-day events, recurring events, etc. The add-ons for calendar display and automated emails are helpful and minimal cost. I especially appreciate the attention to detail in adding back-end testing from the admin screens. I had a question about an add-on and the developer was incredibly responsive.

   I have been using this plugin for over 10 years for a several of our church events and it is the best one I have found. I have looked for other programs, even the paid ones, and they don’t do what this program does. I was scared after not seeing an update for such a long time that I was going to have to settle for something else that is not as powerful as this one. This one meets all of our needs. I would give it 10 stars but only 5 are available. Easy to install and very flexible. I like how you can set up managers to just update the sign ups back end, very easy for them to use.

   I have been using this for lunch sign-ups for our Rotary Club for over a year. After trying out various other sign-up plug-ins, this is the one that did what we wanted, wasn’t overly complex and didn’t require moving up to the “premiere” edition to get the best features. Good documentation also.

   I’m using this plugin to manage swim lanes for a Masters Swim Team. Due to Covid, we had to find a way to figure out our lane assignments. I tried many other ways of doing this (other sign up plug ins, hotel booking plugins, calendars, etc.). I was pulling my hair out until I came across Volunteer Sign up sheets. I was pretty quickly able to setup a system that allowed swimmers to reserve lanes. This has saved our swim coach hours of organizing and communications back and forth with members. It’s not “absolutely perfect” because Stephen built it from another existing plugin, and also for his purposes for a PTA sign up sheet. But, it has many cool features and extras which are super useful. We use the reminders and the self-service aspect of being able to clear yourself from an assignment. This awesome plugin was easy to configure and intuitive to use. I’ll be supporting Stephen’s development efforts on this plug in other add-ons. EDIT: Our swim team made a feature request to Stephen to allow the sheets to be copied or rescheduled. Stephen added this feature within two days!! I can’t tell you what a great time savings this has been, since now we don’t have to clear and re-add everyone. Our volunteer coach is eternally grateful, as am I. Stephen, we really cannot express our gratitude for this plugin. The High Altitude Masters Swimmers of Santa Fe wish you the greatest success in all that you do!!    I did a ton of research before deciding on this plugin to manage a system of signups on my website. This plugin did every single thing it was supposed to do with not one glitch.    This plugin is packed with useful features, making it incredibly versatile and customizable. As many other reviewers have noted, the developer is a great guy who is happy to assist as soon as he is able. In fact, a support request quickly led to him releasing a new version of the plugin to accommodate my quirky use case. The paid add-on plugins that augment the functionality are also terrific and a great value.
