Update activity

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

N/A

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

If you want to start, maintain and enhance your conversation with real live people from Facebook lead ads and messages, WordPress site visitors, WooCommerce shoppers, email contacts, Twitter, MailChimp etc., the one thing you don’t want is any of the current top 13 CRM systems. I know, because I installed and set each of them up just last week, and even with a bunch of other extensions they don’t do half what Re:amaze does; natively. Those CRM systems reduce all those people to something called “leads” and let you automate their management, and count the numbers, but they don’t help you develop a “personal” relationship. I love this the product so much, and believe these guys are on the right track, for the way market is being driven by the death of SEO, and where social network integration is heading, from now on I am putting Re:amaze on all my websites where my goal is to develop my market through social channels. Only 5 stars? I can’t praise these guys, Re:amaze and their support team, high enough!

we use WP as our front end and Shopify as our backend/cart/checkout. Reamaze is our help desk software [it sucks, but that’s a different story]. The WP widget puts a question mark at the bottom of each page. Customer clicks, a drawer slides open and sends us email without having to go to another page or to their email client. Good enough for me.

Installation and setup was simple and easy. Now I have a widget on my site that people can contact me with, plus it syncs with my Facebook and Twitter pages!
