I tested this plugin with Fluent Forms and Elementor Forms and it works well. I tested it on a WordRess registration page but it did not detect the erroneous email addresses. It would be great if it would also work on Registration pages as well as forms. Further testing showed that the plugin was not recognizing false email addresses used for registration when entered in a Elementor MyAccount Widget. Setting up email verification for wordpress forms is very easy with this plugin. Just need to install/activate the plugin and select the way you want to accept or reject the emails. The quick mode is very fast and can provide most of the protection needed against temporary/fake emails.
