Biggest opportunity: Swap “faq” for “responsive faq”. “faq” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “responsive faq” sits at #23 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →2.3%
of downloads still active
At least 30K of 1.3M lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Chat & Support plugin keeps 0.8%, across 630 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Chat & Support plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

53 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 20 listed. 32 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 1 of its tags isn't in the top 24 for their own search.
What to do about it
- Swap “faq” for “responsive faq”. “faq” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “responsive faq” sits at #23 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.
- Slipping on “frequently asked questions”. Down 5 places since 2026-09-20, now #11. Check what shipped around then, and what moved above you.
- Under-ranked on “accordion”. wp.org puts you #21; on merit you place #11. The plugins above you are winning on install count, not on rating or upkeep.

You guys activated a giant ad in the wordpress dashboard to promote your premium product, and as a result, we can’t see our calendar content, and there is no way to “x” out of your promotional ad. As a result, we deactivated the plugin. I know have ot look for a new one. Please let me know if you remove your ad, and i will consider reactivating.

An easy to use accordion with lots of options. Also what isn’t always possible is you can export the entire page for “printing” even when the accordians are shut, very handy for PDF documentation e.g of FAQs or Terms.

We chose this plugin because it’s simple to use and screen reader accessible without any of our own optimizations.

If the plugin doesn’t like the content you place into it (html or code samples), once you update the word press post it will delete all the sections you create with no way to go back. The plug in will give you no warning or way to undo once they are gone. Waste of time, don’t buy this.
