   The plugin is easy to configure and install. Unfortunately, there are frequent downtimes during which the plugin simply does not work. Even though new reviews are available, they are not downloaded, and a message appears stating that there are no new reviews. Unfortunately, the existing reviews are deleted, so that nothing is displayed on the website. Troubleshooting usually takes several weeks.

   Although the initial setup is a good experience, the plugin is super slow to download reviews from the amazon product url. The free version allows to fetch update only once in 8 days. Did not try for storefront urls. Overall an ‘OK’ plugin. This topic was modified 1 year, 1 month ago by KD.
