   Edit: Received an email from customer support to contact them to resolve. I was a bit skeptical that I was going to be stuck with the issue. However, after a few minutes the conflict between the 2 plugins was discovered and within a few minutes a solution was found. Up until about 6 months ago, I would have given the plugin 5 stars and worked well. However, it started creating problems with the plugin Amelia that I use for booking appointments. When both plugins are active, the booking options don’t function and customers are unable to use the website. I kept hoping that updates would fix the issue, but that haven’t.    I started using the plugin according to its recommendations. Once I started analyzing with Lighthouse I realized the program was delaying load speeds. Piece by piece I removed functions and now I think I am better off without it.

   We don’t like when a plugin installs other plugins on our website without our consent. When a program does that it’s called a trojan horse. What’s worse is that siteground installed an AI plugin on our website, literally the least secure, highest risk and fastest growing (which also means least stable) tech that exists today. Plugins have backdoor access to our website, to our customers and everything that we sell, therefore they need to be secure, stable & reliable and ideally run from the same server as our website. The trouble with AI tech is we don’t know who all of the stakeholders are and we aren’t given sufficient reassurance of security.
