   Issues on SNAPPPTs end result in feeds not populating. Contacted them and was told they will look in to it, been a week. No one has looked in to it. I’m not the only one with issues regarding their broken service and no support. The reviews speak for themselves. I recommend using another shop IG service.

   Good idea but useless without support. The plugin fails to keep the WooCommerce store connected to the Snapppt platform. Even after posting a support request there has been zero feedback from the dev team. Additionally we encounter the issue that product images are not pulled from the shop server. I guess we may have to abandon this plugin. Sad really since the idea and concept is fundamentally good.

   This plugin is amazing – not only is it super simple to setup, but it also looks great and integrates well with premium looking stores. I’d highly recommend this plugin. Its made a significant impact on shopping easability! Only issue is that most days its reconnects from my Woocommerce store and you need to refresh.
