Install conversion
How it's measured →0.7%
of downloads still active
At least 5K of 705.7K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median Forms plugin keeps 1.3%, across 1,671 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Forms plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 1 release in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Search visibility
How it's tracked →Directory searches this plugin turns up in, and which way each one is moving. WordPress.org publishes no history of search positions, so this starts the day we first tracked a keyword and never backfills.
Not enough tracked days yet to call a direction. Momentum needs at least three keywords measured a week or more apart.
wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

2 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 1 listed. 1 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 5 of its tags aren't in the top 24 for their own search.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

i loved thie plugin and the ease of use, until 2 weeks ago when suddenly my lifetime memberships password and user name no longer worked. I have many client websites that i now cannot edit the forms on suddenly. I have been getting no replys and no response from the email and contact form. NOT COOL This topic was modified 2 months, 3 weeks ago by triggerfish. This topic was modified 2 months, 3 weeks ago by triggerfish.

Not only is this easy to use & flexible, some of the features (such as conditional fields & payments) makes this a very powerful form tool. Support was outstanding when I had questions!

I really don’t know how I got it to work on the first place. Installing it is supper easy. the issue with WordPress and sending emails. I had to install another plugin so it could send emails. But once you get that accomplish you are good to go. And Man!!! How good is the support? The creator even helped me figure out something I could have not all by myself. If you have any errors or don’t know why something is not working. just reach out to the support team. They take their sweet time answering (that me being silly and demanding. LOL!!!!) it took them about 24 hours on weekdays, to replay, and they seem not to answer on the weekends. But once they answer they are there for you, I mean. They even went into my WordPress to look for what was wrong and fixed it for me. Who takes the time? well, they did. I could not be happier. Because, I was looking for a plug in I could use to make online contracts, that would auto fill in the data, and send an email to the customer. Guess what… We got it done!!!! and thats not all, it sends the email as you want it and can send a pdf file as well so anyone that receives that email, can download a copy of the PDF and the information you choose to share on it. I’m far above satisfied with this plug in. —- I just wish it could also manage inventory for rental. but hey who knows maybe in the future.
