    Works great intended, but you just need to use the get_post_meta(); query in order to get the Subtitle value out.

    Was looking through new plugins and testing ones I thought looked ok. This one caught my eye so I installed and proceeded to play around with it. Whilst the subtitle showed up in my admin menu, I was not able to see it on the front-end. Maybe its a bug or maybe its the way my site is setup. 2 Points For Effort.
