   This is the plugin functionality I need. Thank you. Just one addition or urgent modification required: The Dashboard link is only available to Administrators. I have a Support user with reduced administrative capabilities. I don’t want the 1st line support to have wide-wide Administration permissions. I urgently need a way of allowing the Display of TD Ticketing System in the Dashboard and use by an authorised user(s) or group.

   I reviewed this plugin before, but not sure why it has not shown. Having tried all of the customer support and ticketing systems for WordPress out there for use with an ecommerce site, including paid ones, none of them worked very well and indeed several don’t do what they claim (including the paid ones, so be wary of those!). TD Ticket System isn’t flawless, but the developer knows that. It is however the best one out there for WordPress and it works. It’s easy to implement and the interface is great. The mechanism for customers is good and secure, unlike others. Definitely recommend trying this, and hope to see more developments on it.
