I have a site, I always wanted to make other registered users to be able to upload images to their contributed posts, as well as preventing them from viewing others’ images. This plugin perfectly fits my needs. No bloat, just works. It didn’t work well with list view mode of media gallery though (users can still view other’s inages), I wrote myself a simple plugin to hide that.
