Biggest opportunity: Swap “woocommerce” and “license manager” for “selling” and “numbers”. “woocommerce” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “selling” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. “license manager” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #11. “numbers” sits at #7 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →1.0%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 105K lifetime downloads are still running, below its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,141 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 13 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

124 searches this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 20 listed. 94 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 1 of its tags isn't in the top 24 for their own search.
What to do about it
- Swap “woocommerce” and “license manager” for “selling” and “numbers”.
- One page off on “license manager”. #11 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

Ran into some issues with deleted serial numbers and the support quickly helped me! They sent links and very useful documentation, and even offered to temporarily log in. I highly recommend anything from PluginEver.

I never write bad reviews because I’m a small business owner. However, I’ve been frustrated since I started paying for this plugin over a year ago. The software works, and I’m very thankful for it. The problem is that when I have questions or issues with it, customer support takes weeks to respond, and when they do, they might ask a silly question instead of trying to help. I often feel like their support is handled by troll bots, it’s that bad. Not ideal for something that can leave all your software unusable in a moment. Maybe I’ll try this forum for support instead, they seem to actually respond here, maybe because it’s public. Edit: been with them for years now… they’re shady and will do anything to nickel and dime you instead of you being taken care of. Stay away. This topic was modified 1 year, 10 months ago by DataLife.
