Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

medium confidence

Est. annual revenue

≈$15K range $3.9K–$59K

Est. acquisition value

≈$29K range $5.9K–$150K

A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay. The range spans more than 10x because wp.org publishes install counts as broad bands, and conversion and price compound on top. Read the midpoint as an order of magnitude, not a valuation.

How we estimate this

Assumptions

  • Free → paid conversion. 0.5%–2% of active installs pay for the pro tier. Typical for freemium WordPress plugins; the real rate varies a lot by product.
  • Annual price per customer. $39–$99 a year, typical for Media plugins rather than this plugin's own pricing.
  • Acquisition multiple. 1.5x–2.5x annual revenue, the going range for small WordPress-plugin businesses, compressed because the install trend is declining.
  • Install base. 20K–30K active installs, from our install estimate (wp.org only publishes the floor).

Revenue is installs × conversion × price; value is revenue × a typical acquisition multiple. Every factor is an assumption band, so the output is a wide range on purpose. If you're buying or selling, treat this as a starting point for due diligence.

Perfect ! It is super well designed and easy to use (after having a proper example). In my case i would like to simply organize pages duplucation because of different languages versions (cz, sp, eng, etc). It really does the job ! Just something to improve in my opinion is to had a picture or a very quick example on how to move a page to a folder. To me it wasn’t obvious to drag and drop from the new icon next to a page. Just a very simple example from the description or a screencap will be very welcome ! Otherwise. This is great ! Thank you very much !

I loved your plugin until it went whack O, I had all pages separated into separate folders so when I update them they will be sorted. Then all the sudden bam all pages are gone out of their folders??? Yes, plugin is on auto to be updated!! I was going to go pro when site was done, but I cannot do it now!! Takes a lot of time separating pages! Otherwise it was a great plugin while it lasted!!!!

A subscription for 3 or 5 sites would still make sense. It’s a bit expensive for people who only want to run 2-5 sites with it.I miss a Bulk down- and upload function for the media, as offered by Happyfiles or Folders by premio, for example. Powerful folder permissions let us safely allow certain roles to achieve what they need to do while protecting the work of others. One can use the WordPress taxonomy API to programmatically create folder structures appropriate to particular roles saving user time and the chance of errors or inconsistency.Support has been first class.
