Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

Est. annual revenue

N/A

Est. acquisition value

No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

It does what it says but when updating to PHP 8 the plugin throws so many deprecation warnings that logs become unusable. Approveme.com’s solution was to roll back to 7.4 which has been EOL since 2022. Since the plugin was updated 6 months ago and it’s only been tested to PHP 6.2.3, I’m going to assume an update to 8 is going to be a long time coming and it’s probably time to find another solution.

The product requires attention. Good solution with many good ideas. Fast and cooperative team. What is not good: the annual renewal is not respected by the old customer.

This plugin, along with the Business package, has allowed us to move projects off the ultra-expensive alternatives (DocuSign, etc.). It makes legally binding signatures financially feasible for smaller businesses and organizations. The documentation is very good, the email support is excellent. Quick response, above and beyond effort to address an issue of importance to us.

I took the plunge and bought the Ultimate package as this is something I will definitely use with many clients. After downloading the plugin and following the directions, I was able to send a professionally looking agreement to my clients to accept the SoW. I started using it in a project in conjunction with Gravity Forms to have the users sign a consent form at the end of the registration process. It works flawlessly and it is very easy to configure, especially if you have dealt with Gravity Forms workflows in the past. I did run into a particular issue and I contacted support. I am completely impressed on how quickly they respond. Their support is not a template of articles they just copy and paste to you. I was able to have one of their devs log in, examine the program, and provide feedback. When you are making a commitment this big on purchasing a plugin, this level of support is only reassuring that you made the right choice. Compared to other subscription based platforms, this one will pay for itself in a matter of months, could not be happier, highly recommended!
