No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The recent download trend is too spiky to read.

Reviewer account pattern

from wp.org reviewer profiles

12 of the last 27 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review, and 7 of those landed between 2026-06-19 and 2026-07-17.

Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

I had a zoom call support that was very helpful. I got an immediate response for Akshaya and she guided me through the steps to upgrade from Starter to Professional Account.Very efficient and professional support. The plugin is also excellent, that’s why we will be upgrading to get more sites using this tool.

Great support and a very useful plugin. We had a small issue where WPLoyalty points were displaying from the original product price instead of the discounted price from Discount Rules. The support team responded quickly, provided a code snippet, and the issue was resolved straight away. Points are now showing correctly across the product pages and cart. Very happy with the help and support from Akshaya.

There are many types of campaigns and reward programs that you can setup. And the support is spot on. They are really helpful. They even provided me with a custom snippet for pluralization for slavic languages. (I’m pro user) The feature I would like to see is to have something like WpLoyalty metabox in the order edit page and also in user edit page.
