Biggest opportunity: Swap “woocommerce” for “currencies”. “woocommerce” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “currencies” sits at #7 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

Install conversion
How it's measured →4.7%
of downloads still active
At least 7K of 149.6K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,143 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 5 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

The initial response to the issue I was having was very quick and then I was kept up to date as they worked on resolving the issue which was fixed with 24 hours of my initial report. Really great support! Plugin is nicely structured so nice easy to understand and set up multi currency handling. This topic was modified 5 months, 3 weeks ago by garygomm.

We’ve had a great experience with this plugin. Everything works smoothly, including multicurrency support and both VAT and non-VAT price handling, which is essential for our EU and US customers. The plugin is easy to use, reliable, and fits perfectly into our store workflow. Customer support has also been excellent — fast, helpful, and very professional. They quickly identified and resolved a plugin conflict for us, and everything has been running perfectly since.

The team replied to our emails within minutes and immediately took care of the issues, which turned out to be caused by some custom code on our website. They jumped right in, figured it out, and had everything fixed before we even had time to worry about it. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole experience stress-free. The plugin itself is excellent—reliable, straightforward, and easy to use. Honestly, with customer service like this and a solid product, recommending it is a no-brainer.
