   Very hit and miss. Sometimes it will import a few posts, but most of the time I could not import any content. Also it is not possible to pause the import process. I had to use a the “extended” plugin in the end.

   It works but the blog posts don’t come as it should so I will need to fix it manually. Wondering if it’s worth it. I am going to try to add completely manually to see what takes less time. It’s disappointing.

   I am migrating from Blogger to WordPress, and keeping the host name the same (I owned the domain blogger was hosting on, so I can just subtly switch to WP). The posts came over well, but the exported Blogger data included the permalink URL and this importer dropped that, so the URLs will change although I can keep the host name of the URL the same. I’m looking for any tool that can import with the permalinks included. This topic was modified 3 years, 7 months ago by aarnott.
