Biggest opportunity: Swap “contact form 7” for “mailchimp form”. “contact form 7” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “mailchimp form” sits at #12 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →4.9%
of downloads still active
At least 8K of 163.8K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Forms plugin keeps 1.3%, across 1,667 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Forms plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 3 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

We ended up moving over to the pro version and had some minor difficulties. Their support was on top of them and they were all simple user error items. Solid product and support team!

After a couple of hard lessons learned when other similar plugins crashed my site, I found this one that works just fine and (fingers crossed) is stable. Great support also, have solved a minor issue in less then 2 hours.

Mailchimp is a great email marketing tool. Create fantastic-looking campaigns and newsletters. This Contact Form 7 integration is brilliant and works flawlessly. Cudos to Mailchimp and Contact Form 7 a winning combination. This topic was modified 3 years, 10 months ago by giltron. Reason: misspelling

Been using the free version so I could do redirects after somebody signed up via Mailchimp x Contact Form 7. When I needed more advanced features like being able to set “Interest Group” on the subscriber, I got the premium version since it was reasonably priced. This was a lot more affordable for me than paying for something like Unbounce, so I’m happy with it so far. It’s also really easy to setup too

So I posted and got a timely reply and they were actually willing to help!! Very happy with their support – especially for a non programmer who knows enough to just be dangerous to my own site 🙂
