   This works well and is intuitive. Easy integration with IBM Cloud. A feature suggestion might be allowing users to modify and edit more of the CSS properties of chatbot beyond basic font and icon sizing. Maybe a custom CSS box specifically for the chatbot design? Anyway, great feature.

   the plugin is great when it works, but too often it will stop working and start again or just stop altogether for long periods of time and unfortunately they don’t respond to all support requests – just some? I know the plugin is free but if you’re building a business on this it can be very detrimental to work this way. We are looking into implementing this directly and avoiding the use of a ‘novice’ company
