1.5%

of downloads still active

At least 800 of 52.4K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Content & Feeds plugin keeps 0.8%, across 864 plugins.

Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Content & Feeds plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.

High removal-risk signals

63/100

Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.

  • Long abandoned. No update in 8+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
  • Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 3.6.1, well behind 6.8.

Very easy to configure, works perfectly and allows the tweet to be styled. Saves lots of hassle with the new Twitter 1.1 API! Well worth 5 stars. Now if only the plugin allowed multiple Twitter feeds to be set up…

I love this plugin. It is so clean, so easy to use and fully customisable. I found it after trying to search for a Twitter plugin that would keep updating and not randomly stop every other week. Thank you very much for creating this plugin, I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and future-proof Twitter for site 🙂

I suppose Twitter had to eventually update their API, which inevitably means all other non-API plugins have died, this ones works well and is more like the Facebook app way of doing things.
