High removal-risk signals
63/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 8+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Compatibility drift. Tested only up to WordPress 3.7.41, well behind 6.8.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence
No release in a yearHow often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

What its installed base runs
via wordpress.orgShare of active installs on each version of this plugin · 62% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.
Estimated active installs
The public count shows “500+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Refined from the date this plugin crossed into its current band.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from.

I agree with others. Very poor plugin.

Be warned! This plugin author decided that the API update was a great time to start charging for something you already use. In addition, your Admin for using the Free plugin will be filled with Ads and “Go PRO” links. Now, I will be the first to wish that plugin developers earn a decent living, but I feel that it is appropriate to develop new features for your paid version of the plugin. Instead, the author has lowered the bar: pay for the same functionality that you already have, or get something worse for free. My vote–is to find another solution where the plugin author is a consistent. Offer a plugin for free with paid version, or offer it for free–but, to demand money for something that used to be free feels like extortion. UPDATE: You don’t need the FREE version of the plugin at all. According to user: @froginthevalley Sylvain Carle (from Twitter) If you are hosting your own wordpress.org blog, the easiest way is to add a text widget to your sidebar (in Appereance » Widgets) and paste the widget code you get from https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/ You can find the entire discussion here: https://dev.twitter.com/discussions/10633

and works great. Does everything you would expect from a Twitter feed plug-in. I would appreciate if the retweet/fav/reply links were inside a container so I could style them differently.

Best twitter feed plugin ever. It should be better if a Widget for it is made specifically.

I’ve used this on many sites and it’s been excellent, but over the last month I’ve found that the feed mode has not been working correctly – search still works… Could you take a look?

The WP Twitter Feed widget plugin loads images from an external source. They need to be hosted locally, both for performance reasons and to ensure they don’t break when using https. Here is a Diff. which fixes the problem. http://stuff.ryanhellyer.net/images-fix.diff EDIT: I wrote a plugin to correct for these problems … http://geek.ryanhellyer.net/products/wp-twitter-feed-fix/
