Biggest opportunity: Swap “download” for “digital”. “download” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “digital” sits at #11 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →2.3%
of downloads still active
At least 900 of 38.4K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Uncategorized plugin keeps 0.6%, across 17,784 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Uncategorized plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 1 release in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Estimated active installs
The public count shows “900+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Crossed into this band 2 days ago and a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, so the real count is still just under 1K.
At the current install trend, crossing 1K+ in roughly 262 days.

This works great for my needs, I wanted to have a simple link, and this extension does it.

Other plugin I used stopped working suddenly, I assume it is stopped by EDD because is too old and probably breaks some rules. This plugin, however works very nicely. Great job, webaware!

I have used this plugin for a number of years and find it very useful – it works exactly as advertised. I decided to post a review today because after something went wrong I needed a bit of support and I was so grateful for the service. The developer is patient and helpful. Thanks for the plugin!

Been using this plugin on multiple sites since I first found it and EDD. It’s been a pleasure, and Ross was very kind to help me through a problem I once had with it. You won’t be disappointed. This topic was modified 9 years, 8 months ago by kidznc. Reason: Adding some long-term comments

I use this plugin to make users go to certain page in order to download free plugins. I modified the template by adding target=”_blank” to the URL so it will be opened in new window. Thank you for the plugin!
