How it's measured →3.9%
of downloads still active
At least 700 of 18.1K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median eCommerce plugin keeps 1.4%, across 5,182 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other eCommerce plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 3 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

I created a wordpress.org account to write this review. This is a great plugin! I wasted a few hours to search for a way to include a shipping phone number to emails for customers and admin, but failed to find the proper way. But this plugin does it. THANK YOU!!!

I usually do not waste my time in giving reviews, but this plugin is great. I spent hours trying to find code that would do everything this plugin does in a couple of minutes.

I already thought I have to go and start to change the code myself to get what I need. This plugin just did the work 🙂 For us it is important to have the client´s phone number with shipping address in order e-mail to vendor and it was frustrating to send manually extra e-mail for that. So thank you for making this plugin!

Great plugin, resolving critical issue on Woocommerce. Email and Phone shouldn’t be lacking on shipping info and this plugin fix this WooCommerce issue very well.
