Install conversion
How it's measured →1.4%
of downloads still active
At least 200 of 14K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Chat & Support plugin keeps 0.8%, across 629 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Chat & Support plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
Removal-risk signals
53/100Maintenance and integrity signals that tend to precede a WordPress.org removal. Not an official status, a heads-up to act.
- Long abandoned. No update in 6+ years — the top precursor to removal once a vulnerability is found.
- Falling behind WordPress. Tested up to WordPress 5.4.25.

How it's tracked →Directory searches this plugin turns up in, and which way each one is moving. WordPress.org publishes no history of search positions, so this starts the day we first tracked a keyword and never backfills.
Not enough tracked days yet to call a direction. Momentum needs at least three keywords measured a week or more apart.
wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.

Reviewer account pattern
from wp.org reviewer profiles20 of the last 29 four- and five-star reviews came from accounts created within a month of posting the review.
Registering a wp.org account just to leave a review is common and often entirely legitimate. The share here is unusually high for the sample, so it's worth keeping in mind while reading the reviews.

My company has been a Gobot customer for about 2 years now and we have been exceptionally happy with the quality of the plugin and, even more importantly, the quantity and quality of the leads it has been capable of generating. These are leads that, in all likelihood, would have never been received had our Gobot chatbot not been attentively stationed in the corner of our home page, patiently and politely asking each customer if there is anything she can assist with. Our team gives this product, and its very knowledgeable support staff, two thumbs up.

It’s an easy to use system and we managed to create a bot for our website in a day. Customers started using it immediately to book appointments.

Looking for chatbot for some time. Have tried some others on WordPress and this is the one I going to keep as works as charm. Only downside for now is that reporting is not working on mobile device but this should be fixed soon.
