   نسخه رایگان عملا به درد نمی خوره. نه اپ نه اتصال به تلگرام نداره و خیلی سخت میشه پیام ها رو چک کرد. فقط از طریق همون پنل سایت خودش هست. بدترین چیز ولی این بود که سازندگانش اومدن در یک حرکت یک مرتبه ای و خودجوش بدون هیچ گونه اطلاع رسانی، اتصال به تلگرام که رایگان بود رو پولی کردن. ما نزدیک چند ماه خبر نداشتیم و نتونستیم جواب خیلی از مشتری ها رو بدیم. بحث پولی و رایگان بودنش به کنار، همین الان خیلی از رقبا هستن با امکانات بهتر. وقتی یک تیم یا سازنده میاد چنین کاری می کنه یعنی اهمیتی به کاربرانش نمیده و بهتره اصلا سراغ اینا نرید. من که کلا پاک کردم و به هیچ کس توصیه نمی کنم.

   سلام. من از چت آنلاین گفتینو استفاده می کردم برای پشتیبانی آنلاین وبسایتم ولی یه مدتی بود هیچ کدوم از چت های مشتریان آنلاینم به تلگرامم نمیومد و من شک کردم بهش. تا اینکه امروز اتفاقی دیدم اتصال افزونه چت آنلاین به ربات تلگرام رو ، خود شرکت گفتینو قطع کرده و یکاری کرده بابتش هزینه پرداخت بشه تا این اتصال به اکانت تلگرامم انجام بشه. حالا هزینش بخوره تو سرش، چرا بدون هماهنگی این کارو کرده ؟؟ و توی این مدت مشتریان زیادی به من پیام داده بودن توی چت ولی برای من نیومده بود. فقط بخاطر اینکه گفتینو بدون هماهنگی برداشته بود اتصال چت رو به تلگرام قطع کرده بود و تقریبا تو فصل پائیز و زمستون، مشتریان زیادی رو از دست دادیم بخاطر بی فکری مسِولین اون شرکت. به قدری عصبانی بودم که این افزونه رو به کل از روی وبسایتایی که دارم حذف کردم و به هیچ عنوان توصیه نمی کنم از گفتینو برای چت آنلاین وبسایت تون استفاده کنین چون هر کاری میخوان میکنن بدون اینکه به آدم اطلاع بدن.
