Biggest opportunity: Swap “real estate” for “estate agency”. “real estate” isn't earning its slot: you're not in the first 24 results for its own search. “estate agency” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →1.7%
of downloads still active
At least 1K of 59.7K lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Content & Feeds plugin keeps 0.8%, across 867 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Content & Feeds plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 21 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

I highly recommend the “Houzez Property Feed” plugin by “PropertyHive” for anyone looking to integrate their Houzez Theme WordPress website with Pixxi CRM. As a real estate firm based in Dubai, integrating these platforms was a critical task for us, and this plugin proved to be the perfect solution. Initially, we had some challenges with the API feed compatibility between Pixxi CRM and our website. However, after contacting the plugin developer, Steve, we were able to resolve all issues efficiently. Steve was exceptionally cooperative and dedicated throughout the process. His expertise and hard work were instrumental in finding the right solutions and ensuring everything functioned smoothly. Thanks to Steve’s efforts and the “Houzez Property Feed” plugin, our integration is now seamless, user-friendly, and operates without any glitches. All updates occur smoothly, enhancing our operational efficiency. I sincerely appreciate Steve’s commitment and recommend this plugin to anyone seeking a reliable real estate integration tool. Thanks,Ranga Kulasekara

I ordered this plugin because I needed to import a large number of properties via an XML link and then export them to another website through a Kyero link. The plugin is excellent and performed exactly as expected, allowing me to successfully import and export the properties I needed. When I required assistance, the support was outstanding. Thank you very much, Steve, for your help.

So things didn’t work as I would’ve liked them to with this plug-in and a certain specific feed.Don’t get me wrong, the plug-in worked fine, but Steve took on board feedback, understood everything that I was trying to explain and not only released timely updates to the plug-in to accommodate requests but also took time to actually help with specific issues, offering code updates, remote support etc. Unbelievable levels of support and I would suggest anyone upgrades to the Pro version, its worth it and helps pay for levels of support like this. Keep up the good work with this.
