Biggest opportunity: Swap “instagram elementor” for “instagram feeds”. “instagram elementor” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #11. “instagram feeds” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.

How it's measured →1.4%
of downloads still active
At least 80K of 5.6M lifetime downloads are still running, above its category: the median Social plugin keeps 0.5%, across 1,277 plugins.
Downloads count every update, not just first installs, so older and more frequently released plugins read lower. Compare against other Social plugins, not across the directory. wp.org reports active installs as the bottom of a band, so the real rate is this or higher.
This plugin shipped 19 releases in the last 12 months, and every existing install that updated counted as another download. wp.org publishes no split between first installs and updates, so we show the raw rate rather than guess at one.

What to do about it
- Swap “instagram elementor” for “instagram feeds”. “instagram elementor” isn't earning its slot: it only gets you to #11. “instagram feeds” sits at #4 untagged, close enough for a declared tag to move it up. All five slots are taken, so one has to go.
- One page off on “instagram elementor”. #11 puts you just past the first ten results, where almost all the clicks stop. The gap to close is small.

It does not work even after connecting account. The connected instagram account shows that the app has received the permissions it requested. But the plugin does not detect this and does not update. Literally nothing happens. Also while deactivating, it tries to lock out the user from deactivating it if you submit your feedback. Have to skip the bs. Abusive practice and scam plugin.

It doesn’t properly work and can’t be deactivated or deleted. I only managed to get rid of it via the web space.
