Se a empresa quisesse ser respeitada como um gateway de pagamentos, deveria no mínimo dar um suporte mínimo ao plugin e seu desenvolvimento. Recomendo que procurem empresas mais sérias para cuidar dos pagamentos pois este plugin já é um risco a segurança do seu site ou dos dados de seus clientes.
