No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay.

The plugins is not able to capture payment status efficiently. 2-3 orders out of every 10 successful payments are showing as failed in Woocommerce orders page, even though the payments are captured successfully on the Razorpay dashboard. This is causing a lot of headache as we have to manually check every failed payments. Razorpay really need to hire good developers for maintaining this plugin. Even other thirdparty plugins works very well. I’m now using Razorpay Payment Links for WooCommerce plugin from the past 30 days and never faced order capture issues.

This plugin has caused severe performance issues on my website, drastically slowing down load times. What’s even worse is that I reported this problem to the support team multiple times and received absolutely no response. It’s clear that they either can’t be bothered to address critical issues or simply don’t care about user experience. If you value your website’s performance and need responsive support, do not install this plugin. It’s shocking that something like this is even allowed to stay on the WordPress repository. I wasted my time, and I strongly urge others to avoid making the same mistake.

The latest update, Version 4.6.3, adds a HUGE banner — 1600×800 pixels in size — in the WP Admin area for their Magic Checkout product offering. You can dismiss this banner, but it comes back on every page load. What a load of crap.

Really pathetic. Updating plugin to 4.5.4 crashed the website. We’ve been facing a lot of issues with the Razorpay Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin already because of sloppy and not well-thought after development. Faced bad support experience when trying to resolve that for over 1 month. And now this. Note to Razorpay management: Guys hire at least 1 full-time experienced WordPress developer. One person should be enough to maintain your WordPress plugins. This topic was modified 2 years, 11 months ago by Ram Shengale.

Out of different payment gateway on our site we receive very-very small payment through this Gateway.. Anyways with recent interaction they started demanding absurd details to be posted on all our website. Their responses are arrogant. We are disabling this payment gateway, since we don’t want our clients money to get stuck. If these guys suddenly stop releasing the payment and implement some absurd rule as they are doing it right now…

Dear Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you as a dedicated WordPress developer who has been utilizing the Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin for my clients’ websites. I am incredibly satisfied with the functionality and ease of use provided by your plugin. However, I have recently come across a need for an essential update to enhance the user experience and improve the overall compatibility of the plugin with the latest WordPress features. I am writing this support request to kindly ask if you could consider updating the Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin to support the Block Cart and Checkout modules. These modules have become integral components of modern WordPress websites, offering enhanced visual editing and user-friendly customization options. By incorporating support for these modules into your plugin, you would greatly contribute to streamlining the payment process and making it more efficient for both website owners and their customers. The Block Cart module allows website owners to create visually appealing and dynamic shopping carts using the WordPress block editor. It offers greater flexibility in terms of design and customization, allowing for a seamless integration of the payment gateway within the cart itself. By enabling compatibility with the Block Cart module, your plugin would empower users to create stunning and user-friendly shopping experiences that drive conversions. Similarly, the Checkout module enhances the checkout process by providing a visually appealing and intuitive interface. With this module, website owners can customize the checkout page, improving the overall user experience and reducing cart abandonment rates. By updating the Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin to support the Checkout module, you would enable website owners to offer a consistent and visually engaging payment experience throughout the entire transaction process. I believe that incorporating support for the Block Cart and Checkout modules in the Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin would greatly benefit your users and contribute to the success of their online businesses. As a WordPress developer, I have seen the increasing adoption of these modules across various industries, and it would be wonderful to have them seamlessly integrated with your plugin. Thank you for considering my request. I genuinely appreciate the effort and dedication your team puts into maintaining and improving the Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin. I look forward to the possibility of an update that includes support for the Block Cart and Checkout modules, allowing for a more streamlined and visually engaging payment experience. Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to reach out to me. I would be more than happy to provide any additional insights or collaborate with your team to ensure a successful integration. Thank you once again for your attention to this matter. I eagerly anticipate your positive response and the potential for an updated version of the Razorpay Payments Gateway Plugin that supports the Block Cart and Checkout modules. Last few months there has been a barrage of updates but tested on the old versions of WordPress and Woocommerce. Since both WP & Woo has received massive changes, releasing updates tested on an older version is not ethically suitable for a Payment Gateway Service.
