   The free version of the plugin is rather limited, but still has decent capabilities to select specific users for sending a formatted email to. I upgraded to the “Pro” version, though, which has tremendous capabilities for both mass emailing and newsletters. Love the templates. I had been using WP Email Users but struggled with some problems with it — the pro version of this one is SO much better.

   I have over 20,000 users. You can not select all of them at once. Max is 50 per page and would have to click all per page. You know how long it would take to select all users 50 at a time.    The Plugin works fine! But it would be nice if there was a feature for sending mass mails regularly. So you can define an interval or something which triggers the same mass mail over and over. Think of it as a mass reminder!

   Not user friendly. Installed it. select the users, entered fields, submit…took a while to respond. It said emails were sent but even after an hour, nothing. tried it again several times even with just one email and it kept giving an error that it was unable to send. Had to uninstall it and try another plugin which worked.

   Using iso-8859-1 in the headers of the email… seriously?! Have you heard about symbols, that are not latin? There used to be people, using them some time ago. But anyway, the plugin works just fine, I’m happy with it, so it was just the thing with the charset that shocked me 🙂
