Estimated value

What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.

medium confidence

Est. annual revenue

≈$94 range $28–$320

Est. acquisition value

≈$320 range $70–$1.4K

A small install base leaves thin data to model from. The range spans more than 10x because wp.org publishes install counts as broad bands, and conversion and price compound on top. Read the midpoint as an order of magnitude, not a valuation.

How we estimate this

Assumptions

  • Free → paid conversion. 0.5%–2% of active installs pay for the pro tier. Typical for freemium WordPress plugins; the real rate varies a lot by product.
  • Annual price per customer. $79–$199 a year, typical for eCommerce plugins rather than this plugin's own pricing.
  • Acquisition multiple. 2.5x–4.5x annual revenue, the going range for small WordPress-plugin businesses, stretched a little because downloads are growing.
  • Install base. 70–80 active installs, from our install estimate (wp.org only publishes the floor).

Revenue is installs × conversion × price; value is revenue × a typical acquisition multiple. Every factor is an assumption band, so the output is a wide range on purpose. If you're buying or selling, treat this as a starting point for due diligence.

The basic function of the plugin works well. We needed a plugin to help us manage stock across our various warehouse and pickup locations. We’re pleased with the lite version which effectively addresses our requirements. And I am also happy that it works well, especially when integrating it with the other plugins.

Sorry for giving 1 star review, but this plugin (and its PRO version too) is a joke. Lite version is 2 weeks old and doesn’t even work (would expect 1.0.1 at least for the issues I’ve found). This is not a 1.0.0 release, more like 0.0.1b. There are no settings, taxonomies or anything after activation. Clearly something is missing. I can trigger the “WooCommerce not installed” error by deactivating Woo, but that’s about it. By checking the source, where nearly everything is put inside a single class, I can see the class itself is not initialized .. I’ve seen a store with Multiloca Pro and wanted to try the free version, but from what I see, this is not working at all and the Pro has so many hardcoded CSS styles that break Woo styling, that it’s hard to start a store with this plugin. The plugin is new, yet it doesn’t work with HPOS, which is a big drawback as all new Woo shops are HPOS by default. 1.0.1 Update – admin works now, compatibility with Pro is not there, Location & Groups are tripled in the Product menu. Still needs a lot of work and testing. This can be now called 0.0.2 release. This topic was modified 12 months ago by morvy. This topic was modified 12 months ago by morvy.
