   This is a worst plugin. Multiple failure transactions that affects your reputation, business and leads to financial loss. Sometimes (4 times out of 10) it works and sometimes shows error “ERROR Failed to ingest event: ResponseCode: 400 Code: Message: Bad Request – Api Mapping Not Found”. When I complained to PhonePe they did not respond and said that there are some illegal activity and put our payment on hold and suspended our services but never solved this technical issue. Do not go for it.

   Dear team, We also using razorpay, if both the plugin is active then only razorpay works. If i disable razorpay plugin, then only phonepe option shows in the checkout page, else only razorpay option shows. Please resolve it. Else we can’t use your gateway.    We launched our website and this plugin never worked , we lost about 20 orders due to payment failed, we tried contacting them but customer service not responce, the plugin is not updated since last 8 months, better think before getting it.    Plugin working perfectly, using on 5+ sites, just some issues like generating error logs on every page load, apart from that the customer usability is working fine. Very less payments drop as compared to payumoney and razorpay.

   Their merchant login and dashboard doesn’t work, neither do their payment gateway, not sure if they are jn business or not. No way to check if you received payments or get settlements. If you receive payments through this PG your money is just lost. Best use other PG even if you need to pay higher charges like razorpay.

   This plugin is extremely nascent and lacks several essential features. Something as simple as the option to customize the Title & Description of the payment gateway shown on the frontend is missing. The plugin also stops working if other PG plugin such as Razorpay is installed and activated (even if it’s disabled). So weird. Additionally, the PhonePe Payment Gateway service itself is very poor in its performance. Several payments fail for unexplained “technical” issues, customers see random errors like “Receiver’s payment server is busy” and connections are dropped randomly. Lastly, their Customer Support experience is terrible. The support staff is either untrained or ignorant, and conversations with them often leave you frustrated. Their replies are canned, and often go in circles. AVOID!

   I want to say this is one of Best Payment Gateway which is providing payment gateway apart from others i have tried many providers but there support team was unable to answer me , But finaly i have applied and started using within 10 days of applying in Phonepe , my first code was giving 404 error but when i created ticket i have been given fresh code and now my website is running perfectly .
