   After using Jilt for about a year, I switched to Recapture, because Jilt is closing down. I had no idea what I was missing out on, and I wish I knew about Recapture earlier. The support is A+, twice they implemented features I was missing. I don’t know many companies that take even a single feature request seriously, let alone two! The interface shows much more info about your store than you’d expect from a abandoned cart recovery service. The only feature I’m missing is that I’m not able to easily send them rewards e.g. pies, beer and champagne!
