The support team are very quick to respond and take everything seriously which is awesome. The service itself is pretty good and there are many options for customization. Although, I liked the previous version of the application better for it being more finished and having better options. But I hope the team will carry on their good spirit and fully develop the newer version to the previous standard.

I have been using this app for years – the abandoned carts feature has been brilliant for my online shop. It has paid for itself over and over, year after year. I can call customers and process their orders lickety split over the phone if they have trouble ordering online. Tech support is always responsive. It can be a bit slow – maybe because of the time differences, but it is always helpful.
