Rocket Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon Page

How well this listing is tuned to rank in WordPress.org search, on the factors an owner controls. Not popularity, optimization.

Directory searches this plugin turns up in, and which way each one is moving. WordPress.org publishes no history of search positions, so this starts the day we first tracked a keyword and never backfills.

Not enough tracked days yet to call a direction. Momentum needs at least three keywords measured a week or more apart.

wp.org is where the directory puts the plugin for that search. On merit is where it would sit if results were ranked on rating, support and updates, without the install boost. The last column is how far the wp.org position moved, from our first reading in the last 90 days to the latest.

1 search this plugin appeared in over the last 90 days, 0 listed. 1 left out as unrelated or noise (years, numbers, stray words). 5 of its tags aren't in the top 24 for their own search.

How often this plugin actually ships. A steady rhythm is the maintenance signal a single "last updated" date can't show.

Share of active installs on each version of this plugin · 50% run the current release. Green is the current release; a big slice on older versions is a user base that has stopped updating.

Crossed into this band 9 months ago; a band this size takes about a year or more to cross, which places it about 50% of the way through.

Stuck with the first image I loaded up. Won’t change default background colour, font colour, font – anything. Resetting to default makes no difference. If I could give this garbage minus stars, I would. One star is hugely generous. This topic was modified 1 year, 3 months ago by stormthedog.

Greetings! I have utilized this product on a few websites. Going through the process to find one, and not having much time, I loaded tried out, and deleted several versions of similar products. I understand that different people prefer different setups or features, but for me, this was the easiest to use, pretty much activate it and it loads. Tweak it a bit and then done. And if you really want to go to town, just $23 and it does what the other ones do too. Worth the price of a ticket to me!…

If you want to use this plugin as a free version, don’t download it. The most options are paid only. Free options are ridiculous compared to other plugins. This topic was modified 9 years, 7 months ago by ruuuuuuul.

Does what it says – creates a maintenance page, but everything is pretty much locked down unless you upgrade to the premium version, which the plugin authors annoyingly let you know everywhere. Makes you think that they’re just trying to make a buck. Can’t even change the font color. There are better plugins that do exactly this that are much more configurable. I’d keep looking.

It’s very customizable, so user-friendly and professional-looking! Don’t know how I lived without it. Worth it!
