Update activity
How busy the existing users are, measured as downloads in the last 30 days for every 1,000 active sites. A spike means a new release everyone's pulling; a long, slow decline means an aging user base that updates less.
Release cadence

Estimated active installs
The public count shows “3K+”. Our estimate pins where the real number sits.
Refined from the date this plugin crossed into its current band.

Estimated value
What this plugin might earn a year, and what it might sell for. Modeled from public signals; we don't see anyone's books.
Est. annual revenue
Est. acquisition value
No paid tier is visible, so we don't put a figure on revenue or sale value: that would be guessing. The install base is a real asset to an acquirer, just not one public data lets us price. A small install base leaves thin data to model from. A declining trend compresses what a buyer would pay.

I tried a few other Static Site Generators, but this one seemed to work the best for me. And many thanks to the support team for their help ironing out a few issues we did have.

This is 5/5 and then some! I tried simply static and it would take 3 times longer, provide no status on progress, and worst of all, it wouldn’t export all the posts or pages. I tried other generators and they either wouldn’t output the custom post type which is part of my theme, or simply wouldn’t work like WP2static. I spent about 10 hours trying to get this export working. I made minimal changes with this plugin to the settings, when things didn’t work the first time I could see what wasn’t working (404’s in my site) just by reading the logs, correcting it, and then uploading the 2nd run through to my host. This was also much faster, the only feature I would like to see would be page caching so that it doesn’t have to rescan because when i need to do small edits on pages without no new pages made, i would like to skip this step as it takes about 10 minutes for my site.

I tried this plugin because it has S3 functionality. Unfortunately hours of troubleshooting with both ChatGPT and Deepseek did not result in a single working export of my basic website. The URLs were broken 100% of the time, ignoring the critical settings specified. This topic was modified 9 months ago by theskuj.

This plugin is awesome. The seamless integration with Netlify, GitHub and S3 is really what makes it superior to plugins in the same category.

I’ve been trying to convert my sites to static HTML for a while now and after trying many different plugins and other techniques. I have to say, this is the best and easiest way to convert a WordPress site to static HTML.I love that this plugin is being actively maintained so here are is a feature suggestion I think would make Staatic even better: Incremental pushes to GitHub.

I’ve been using the Staatic plugin for a while now, and I have to say, it’s awesome! If you’re working with WordPress and looking for a way to speed up your site, this plugin is a game-changer. Setting it up was super easy. The plugin fits right into WordPress without any fuss. The interface is user-friendly, and the documentation is clear, so I had it up and running in no time. What really stands out is how much faster my websites load now. By turning everything into static HTML, Staatic has made my sites lightning-fast. Visitors get a much better experience, and my SEO rankings have improved too. Plus, my server isn’t bogged down anymore, which is great during high traffic times. Staatic is also really flexible. Whether you’re dealing with a small blog or a big, complex site, it handles everything smoothly. I love the customization options that let me tweak how the static site is generated to fit each project perfectly. The integration with deployment platforms like Netlify is fantastic. It saves me a ton of time because everything is automated. My sites stay updated with the latest changes from WordPress without me having to lift a finger. And let’s talk about support – the Staatic team is amazing. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been quick to respond and super helpful. They keep rolling out updates and new features, which shows they’re dedicated to making the plugin even better. Overall, if you want to boost your WordPress site’s performance and security, Staatic is a must-have. It’s powerful, easy to use, and delivers great results. Highly recommend!
